  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message.

  • Shyam Traders reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

  • In case of cancellation from our side, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit card, and other online payment methods.

  • All payments must be completed before dispatch unless COD (if applicable).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time varies based on your location and courier partner timelines.

  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by courier services or natural circumstances.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared.

6. Warranty

  • Warranty is strictly as per the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Shyam Traders does not provide any additional warranty unless mentioned.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Shyam Traders is not responsible for any indirect loss, damages, or misuse of the product after delivery.

  • In case of defective products, our liability is limited to replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

At Shyam Traders, we care about customer satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not working.

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You are not satisfied with the product (valid within 7 days).

2. Condition of the Product

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • There should be no physical damage caused by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact us via email/WhatsApp with order details.

  • Step 2: Provide product pictures/videos for verification.

  • Step 3: Ship the product back to our store address.

  • Step 4: Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after product inspection.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refund is not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Accessories such as cables, batteries, covers (unless defective)

5. Exchange Option

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund if preferred.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the fault is from our side → We pay return shipping.

  • If the customer wants to return for personal reasons → Customer pays return shipping
